Greetings of Peace and Love!
We are now entering into the final week of our Lenten observance. Holy Week is widely considered the holiest and most significant week of the year in Christianity. It spans the final eight days of Jesus' life beginning with Palm Sunday and culminating in the joyous celebration of Easter Sunday, honoring his passion, death, ancl resurrection. During this Holy Week, let us lift our eyes to the cross, in order to receive the grace of amazement.
In the first day of Lent (Ash Wednesday), marked with the ashes on our forehead, we heard the words of the Prophet Joel saying, "Eve11110w, says the LORD, retum to me with your whole heart. Rem/ your hearts, not your garments." (JI 2, 12-18). Again to help us in our spiritual journey back to God, the Church encourages to spend time in Prayer, Fasti11g, a11d Almsgiving. Reflecting on the importance of being generous (almsgiving) or better known a agape or Christia11 love which is the highest theological virtue involving a selfless, willful love for God above all things and for neighbors as oneself Saint Leo the Great once said: "Those who want to be present at the Lord's Passover in holiness of mind and body should seek above all to win this grace, for charity contains all other virtues and covers a multitude of sins. "
My dear parishioners as we are about to enter the Season of Easter, perhaps by now you have truly understood the importance of Prayer Fasting, and being always generous to one another in words and actions as essential pillars of our faith. Let us always remember that what unites us in faith is always way stronger that what divides us because of sin. In the words of Mother Teresa, "lfwe have no peace, it is because we have forgollen that we belong to each othe, "She taught that because God is our Fathe,; all people are brothers and sisters, transcending distinctions of race, colo,; or creed. Mother Teresa believed that recognizing this interconnectedness-that we "belong to each other"-is necessary to stop violence and create lasting peace in our world.
Reminder:
Please attend with your family the Holy Triduum of Easter, which is the summit of the Liturgical Year. The celebration will start from the evening of Holy Thursday to the evening of Easter Sunday. Though chronologically three days, they are liturgically one day unfolding for us the unity of Christ's Paschal Mystery (USCCB). The single celebration of the Triduum marks the end of the Lenten Season, and leads to the Mass of the Resurrection of the Lord at the Easter Vigil. The liturgical services that take place during the Triduum are: Mass of the Lord's Supper; Good Friday of the Lord's Passion; Mass of the Resurrection of the lord.
This year on Holy Thursday following the example of Our Lord Jesus Christ, we will continue our tradition in washing the feet of some of our parishioners as a symbolic way that has a profound meaning about serving one another as brothers and sisters.

¡Saludos de paz y amor!
Ahora estamos entrando en la última semana de nuestra observancia cuaresmal. La Semana Santa es considerada ampliamente la semana más sagrada y significativa del año en el cristianismo. Abarca los últimos ocho días de la vida de Jesús, comenzando con el Domingo de Ramos y culminando en la alegre celebración del Domingo de Pascua, honrando su pasión, muerte y resurrección. Durante esta Semana Santa, levantemos la vista hacia la cruz para recibir la gracia del asombro. 
En el primer día de Cuaresma (Miércoles de Ceniza), marcado con las cenizas en la frente, escuchamos las palabras del profeta Joel diciendo: "Eva11110w, dice el SEÑOR, revolve a mí con todo tu corazón. Remad vuestros corazones, no vuestras prendas." (JI 2, 12-18). De nuevo, para ayudarnos en nuestro camino espiritual de regreso a Dios, la Iglesia anima a dedicar tiempo a la oración, ayuno11g, y la limosna. Reflexionando sobre la importancia de ser generoso (limosna) o, más conocido, un amor ágape o Christia11, que es la máxima virtud teologal que implica un amor desinteresado y voluntarioso por Dios por encima de todas las cosas y por el prójimo, como dijo una vez San León Magno: "Quienes quieran estar presentes en la Pascua del Señor en santidad de mente y cuerpo, deben buscar sobre todo ganar esta gracia,  porque la caridad contiene todas las demás virtudes y cubre multitud de pecados. " 
Queridos feligreses, ahora que estamos a punto de entrar en la Temporada de Pascua, quizá ya habéis comprendido verdaderamente la importancia del ayuno de oración y de ser siempre generosos unos con otros en palabras y acciones como pilares esenciales de nuestra fe. Recordemos siempre que lo que nos une en la fe es mucho más fuerte que lo que nos divide por el pecado. En palabras de la Madre Teresa, "Si no tenemos paz, es porque hemos renunciado a pertenecer a cada uno,  "Ella enseñó que porque Dios es nuestro padre. Todas las personas son hermanos y hermanas, trascendiendo distinciones de raza, Color o credo. La Madre Teresa creía que reconocer esta interconexión —que "nos pertenecemos unos a otros"— era necesario para detener la violencia y crear una paz duradera en nuestro mundo.
Recordatorio: 
Por favor, asiste con tu familia al Santo Triduo de Pascua, que es la cima del Año Litúrgico. La celebración comenzará desde la tarde del Jueves Santo hasta la noche del Domingo de Pascua. Aunque cronológicamente son tres días, litúrgicamente son un día que despliega para nosotros la unidad del Misterio Pascual de Cristo (USCCB). La única celebración del Triduo marca el final de la Cuaresma y conduce a la Misa de la Resurrección del Señor en la Vigilia Pascual. Los servicios litúrgicos que tienen lugar durante el Triduo son: Misa de la Cena del Señor; Viernes Santo de la Pasión del Señor; Misa de la Resurrección del Señor. 
Este año, en Jueves Santo, siguiendo el ejemplo de Nuestro Señor Jesucristo, continuaremos nuestra tradición de lavar los pies de algunos de nuestros feligreses como una forma simbólica que tiene un significado profundo sobre servirse mutuamente como hermanos y hermanas.
